Op deze avond zal dat een singing circle met beweging zijn van Tim Zeegers. Tim brengt met zijn muziek verbinding\, lichtheid en plezier. Met zijn eigen liedjes die recht uit zijn hart het jouwe raken\, mantra’s die je meevoeren naar onbekende plekken in jezelf en muzikale improvisaties die zorgen voor verbinding.\nTim heeft meer dan twintig jaar ervaring in muzikale improvisatie en theater\, waar hij leerde hoe het is om te vertrouwen op alles wat in het moment ontstaat. Met volledige openheid en nieuwsgierig enthousiasme kan hij een veilige sfeer creëren waarin iedereen zich gehoord en gezien kan voelen. \nSAX-DJ PHILIPPO\nPhilip Bouvy is afgestudeerd musicus\, opleider en coacht mensen in hun proces d.m.v. dans en muziek. In Ecstatic Dance en als DJ komt alles samen. Als SAX-DJ Philippo combineert hij zijn sets met live saxo-sounds. Dit maakt zijn performance als DJ en muzikant zo uniek. Zijn muziek wordt ook wel bestempeld als ‘cross-over music’. Het is eclectisch en bestrijkt een breed spectrum aan stijlen\, genres en culturen\, waarin grenzen vervagen en onverwachte ontmoetingen plaatsvinden. Graag combineert hij zijn sax met strijkers\, oosterse klanken en funky of tribal beats.\nAnderen hierover:\n“Verrast door de saxofoon\, dit gaf zoveel meer diepte aan de beleving”\n“Mooi de toevoeging van de DJ met live saxofoon muziek. Je gaat veel dieper met de extra toevoeging en vibraties van een live instrument. Je gaat meer op in je emoties die je dan heerlijk kunt loslaten”\n“Door de lage live klanken van de baritonsaxofoon kwam ik nog meer in contact met een diepere gevoelslaag. Ik ervaarde dit en de hele set als een helende reis.” \nVoorbeeldfragmenten:\n \nToelichting Ecstatic Dance\nDe oorsprong van het woord ecstatic komt uit het Grieks en betekent: voorbij het zelf.\nEcstatic Dance staat dan ook voor: je lijf uit de stase – uit je vaste patroon – dansen\, wat als helend ervaren kan worden.\nDoor je mee te laten voeren met de muziek waar deze je ook brengt\, worden gevoelens en emoties gestimuleerd om tot expressie te komen. Dit helpt om in contact te komen met je natuurlijke staat van zijn. Je ervaart een diepere connectie met de andere dansers om je heen en beslommeringen en spanningen van de dag laat je makkelijker achter je. In overgave zijn op de dansvloer. En als je dát op de dansvloer kan\, dan kan je dat ook in je eigen leven makkelijker toepassen. \nDe avonden worden gestart met een introductie/ceremonie bijvoorbeeld in de vorm van een warming-up en oefeningen om af te stemmen op jezelf of in connectie te komen met andere dansers. Hierna gaat de Ecstatic Dance Journey beginnen\, je wordt uitgenodigd om mee te stromen met de muziek van een Ecstatic Dance DJ. Deze reis gaat in waves van meditatieve verstilling naar expressieve ritmische muziek en weer terug\, zodat iedere cel in jezelf wordt geactiveerd.

We zingen mantra’s en andere eenvoudige liederen die je gemakkelijk kunt meezingen. DESCRIPTION:Dans je vrij in de zomerzon en zing rond het vuur!\nhttps://hipsy.nl/event/209143-ecstatic-dance-outdoor-zangcirkel-yoga \nDeze zomer nodigen we je uit op de Vlierhof om samen te dansen\, zingen en verbinden. Midden in de natuur\, op het zachte gras\, met blote voeten op de aarde\, vieren we het leven in beweging. Een plek waar je je vrij mag voelen\, verbonden met jezelf\, de ander en de elementen. \nKinderen zijn welkom!\nTot 13 jaar mag je zoon/dochter gratis meekomen! Is je kind geen danser? Geen probleem\, op het terrein van de Vlierhof is het avontuurlijk spelen! \nTICKET 1: KOM MET JE BLOTE VOETEN IN HET GRAS DANSEN. \nEcstatic Dance is niet zomaar een dans. Het is een reis van expressie\, vrijheid en thuiskomen in je lichaam. Onder begeleiding van een inspirerende DJ openen we een veld van oordeelloosheid en aanwezigheid. Laat je bewegen\, laat je raken\, laat je zijn. Een open veld\, de zon op je huid\, hier hoef je niets te doen\, alleen maar te luisteren naar wat er in jou wil bewegen. \nProgramma 22 augustus: inloop start om 14:00. Om 14:30 openen we gezamenlijk het veld. 15:00 start de set Ecstatic dance met DJ De Nachtpapagaai. Om 17:00 sluiten we gezamenlijk het veld met vers fruit\, hartigheid en iets zoets. \nTICKET 2: BLIJF NA HET DANSEN OM SAMEN TE ETEN\, ZINGEN EN VERBINDEN ROND HET KAMPVUUR. \nMet het invallen van de avond komen we samen rond het kampvuur en genieten we samen van een heerlijke soep uit eigen tuin bereid boven het vuur. Aansluitend vormen we een cirkel van klank en stembevrijding. Onder begeleiding van Tim Zeegers openen we onze stemmen en harten. Daarna is er ook ruimte voor je eigen muzikale inbreng. \nProgramma: na het dansen zullen we rond 19:00 uur gezamenlijk eten en aansluitend starten we met de zangcirkel. We sluiten het veld tegen het invallen van het duister. \nTICKET 3: KOM 24 UUR VLIERHOF BELEVEN. \nMet dit ticket kies je voor de 24-uur @Vlierhof beleving. Ecstatic dance\, diner\, zangcirkel\, overnachting op de camping\, yoga in de ochtend en ontbijt \nDit ticket bied je de mogelijkheid om aansluitend aan de dansen en zingen te blijven overnachten op onze camping. In de ochtend kun je genieten van een eenvoudig ontbijt en een ontspannende yogasessie onder begeleiding van Kim Langedijk. \nProgramma 22-23 augustus: Vanaf 12:00 kun je je tentje opzetten of je camper parkeren op ons campingterrein. Vervolgens start het programma zoals omschreven onder de eerste 2 tickets. \nNa het dansen en de zangcirkel kun je blijven overnachten en om 08:30 deelnemen aan de yoga-sessie. Om 10:00 genieten van een eenvoudig ontbijt en aansluitend heb je tot 12:00 de tijd om je spullen rustig weer in de pakken en je reis voort te zetten. \nHet is mogelijk om je weekend te verlengen door eerder te komen of langer te blijven. It’ll be great and fijn! \nSet on the nature grounds of Landgoed Energy Up\, in the heart of the Netherlands\, this festival offers a safe and nourishing space to slow down\, land and fully be in the moment. \nThe program includes workshops\, concerts\, ecstatic dances\, yoga sessions\, sound journeys and ceremonies. There is also a wellness area with sauna’s\, hot tubs and ice baths\, swimming opportunities\, and plenty of spaces for rest\, reflection and integration. But there is also enough time to simply be. Relax in our cozy lounge area with home-made goodies and ceremonial cacao from our bar\, or enjoy the surrounding nature\, including a nearby forest and a small beach. \nThe gathering is substance-free and invites full presence. We open and close the week together as one shared field.
